De la prise en charge fonctionnelle et sportive à la prise en charge psychologique : cas des patients atteints d’AVC

RESUME
La thématique liée aux relations entre le sport et la santé est une question complexe qui constitue un domaine en sciences humaines notamment en Psychologie. Dans ce champ d’investigation, nous nous intéressons à l’apport de la pratique du sport dans la prise en charge des patients atteints d’AVC. Nous évaluons ainsi, l’impact de la pratique des activités sportives sur la dynamique de la restauration Psychologique de ces patients dans un service de rééducation fonctionnelle. Grâce à une démarche clinique, une étude de cas menée sur un patient atteint d’un AVC, nous montrons comment la prise en charge fonctionnelle et psychologique permet à ce dernier et à sa famille de mieux gérer non seulement le « vécu » du corps en souffrance mais aussi comment en entrant dans l’intimité de son lieu de vie on peut personnaliser la prise en charge.

ABSTRACT
The theme related to the relationship between sport and health is a complex question which constitutes a field of choice in the human sciences, particularly in psychology. In this field of investigation, we are interested in the contribution of sport in the management of stroke patients. We thus evaluate the impact of the practice of sports activities on the dynamics of the psychological restoration of stroke patients in a functional rehabilitation service. Thanks to a clinical approach, a case study carried out on a patient suffering from stroke, we show how the functional and psychological care allows the latter and his family to better manage not only the “experience” of the body in suffering but also how entering into the intimacy of one’s living space one can personalize care.
